Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Please Note: For the health and safety of all our customers, certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature. These include:

  • JEWELRY (for hygiene reasons)
  • HATS, BEANIES, & HEADWEAR (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for your return. Please do not ship any items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your request.

  • For Exchanges: We will process the shipment of your new item as soon as the return is approved. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery guidelines.

Refund Timeline & Method

Exchanges
